This activity is closed to registration.Adult Distance Swim: Provides "advance" coordination and refinement of strokes. Students swim with ease, efficiency, power, smoothness over greater distances and participate in endurance training.
Prerequisite: Open to intermediate and advance levels. Must be 18 years or older
* Must be able to swim minimum 800 meters.
Disclaimer: Failure to meet the prerequisite for each level will result in the student's removal from the class.
