Welcome to the Department of Parks and Recreation's online registration.
Online registration for Summer 2013 Program Activities (free classes only) has ended.
Standard/Walk-in Registration (free and paid classes and Summer Fun) for all parks & pools in Districts III & IV (Pearl City to Waianae/Ewa to Whitmore and Waimanalo to Kaena) will be on Saturday May 4, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday & Tuesday May 6 & 7, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Standard/Walk-in Registration (free and paid classes Summer Fun) for all parks & pools in Districts I & II (Kokohead to Manoa/McCully/Ala Wai and Makiki to Aiea) will be on Saturday May 11, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday & Tuesday May 13 & 14, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please call the respective park/pool where the classes is being held at for more information.

What will I need to begin?
In order to register for an account, you must have a valid email address for your account, a user name and password. All new account requests will be processed and approved automatically and immediately as soon as the online application is correctly filled out and completed.
All users must be at least 18 years old or older, a valid email address and have an account to register for classes on-line. To request a New Account, click on "Request Account".
If you have applied for an online account in the past and it was approved, you DO NOT NEED TO RE-APPLY FOR A NEW ACCOUNT EVERY PROGRAM PERIOD. Please login to your account by clicking on the "My Account" button in the upper right corner of the page.

To view information on activities, click on "View Activities". For users with an existing account, click on the "View Activities" to access activities available for online registration.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?
I forgot my password: Click on the "Forgot Password" link when logging in to your account. At the login screen, enter your login name, check off the box next to "Forgot your Password?" and click on Continue (follow the on-screen directions after this first step). On the next screen, you will be asked your Security Question that you entered when you set up your online account. Enter the answer to your Security Question. Below that, you will be asked for a new password. Enter it twice and click on the Continue button. If you entered the correct answer to your Security Question, you will be logged into the system, your password will have been changed and you will be taken to the "My Account" page where you may make other changes, review your records or proceed to register for activities.
I want to request a new account: Click on the "Request Account" button.
I already have an account and want to register for classes: Click on the "View Activities" button.
I want to see what classes are available: Click on the "View Activities" button.
I have an account and need to update my information: Click on the "My Account" button.
I have questions regarding my account or the online registration process or I forgot my username and/or password: Send an email with your question to the PARKS ONLINE HELP DESK at parksonlinehelp@honolulu.gov and we'll get back to you within 5 business days.
