Q: How do I get more information about an activity/class?

A: Click on the link to the activity to read the Activity Detail page. For more information, please call the park director/pool manager at the park/pool where the activity/class is being held at.

Q: I forgot my password.

A: Click on the "Forgot Password" link when logging in to your account.

At the login screen, enter your login name, check off the box next to "Forgot your Password?" and click on Continue (follow the on-screen directions after this first step).

On the next screen, you will be asked your Security Question that you entered when you set up your online account. Enter the answer to your Security Question. Below that, you will be asked for a new password. Enter it twice and click on the Continue button.

If you entered the correct answer to your Security Question, you will be logged into the system, your password will have been changed and you will be taken to the "My Account" page where you may make other changes, review your records or proceed to register for activities.

You may also call the park/pool where the class/activity is being held at more assistance from the park director or pool manager.

Q: How do I see what activities are offered?

A: Click on the "View Activities" button.

Q: How do I register for an activity?

A: You must already have an account to register. If you need to request a new account, click on the "Request Account" button. If you already have an account, click on the "View Activities" button. Browse for the activity you want and click on the blue "Add to Cart" button.

Q: How do I request a new account?

A: Click on the "Request Account" button and fill out all of the required fields.

A: Click on the "My Account" button.

A: Please call the park/pool where the class/activity is being held at or send an email with your question to the PARKS ONLINE HELP DESK at parks@honolulu.gov and we'll get back to you as sson as possible.

A: Please call the park/pool where the class/activity is located at or send an email to parks@honolulu.gov with your name and we'll look up your account information and email it back to you within a few business days.
